Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 21 June 2026

This policy explains trials, billing, cancellation, and your statutory refund rights for Optin Consent subscriptions. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.

1. Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial that requires a valid payment method. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

2. Billing

After the trial, plans are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, our merchant of record. Each renewal pays for the month ahead.

3. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase and receive a full refund. This applies to a one-off purchase and to the first payment of a subscription.

If your subscription includes a free trial, a fresh 14-day withdrawal period begins when the trial ends and the first payment is taken.

The right does not apply to later renewal payments — for those, cancel at any time to stop the next charge (see section 5). Consumers in some other countries have equivalent statutory cancellation rights, which we also honour.

4. How to request a refund

Email admin@alittis.com, or use the link on your Paddle receipt. As merchant of record, Paddle processes approved refunds back to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation and renewals

You can cancel at any time from Billing, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed afterwards. Outside the withdrawal window in section 3, renewal payments for partial periods are non-refundable, but cancelling always prevents the next charge.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly.
